Injured on the job?

Your employee calls a toll-free hotline to speak to one of our registered nurses. Flat per-injury pricing includes manager training and customized materials, so employees know to call NT24 if an injury happens. You can even customize the greeting and questions asked up front.

Expert nurse advice

After a complete telephonic assessment, a nurse recommends the most appropriate course of action. Following industry-established and proprietary occupational guidelines ensures your employee gets the right level of care at the right time.

Beyond triage

When care is needed, the nurse directs the employee to your preferred network providers. We can call ahead to the clinic, or hospital, or warm transfer to a telemedicine provider. NT24 also works with your first report of injury process so you’re always in compliance.

Lower costs for you

Nearly half of all NT24 calls result in self-administered first aid, rather than a trip to the doctor or emergency room. For injuries resulting in self-care, employees are always advised to call the nurse back should their symptoms worsen or if they have any questions.
